7star Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 7star platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review and will be updated as required by operational needs and applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 7star platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you tick the agreement box during account registration, or when you continue using the platform after any changes to the terms have been communicated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
These terms apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy us and Responsible Gaming Guidelines which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 7star.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 7star platform.
- Each user is only allowed one active account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
- This platform is intended for personal use only. Commercial use or use on behalf of another person is prohibited.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to us.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- 7star will never ask for your password via email or any other channel.
Platform Usage Rules
All 7star platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times when using our services:
- Fraud prohibition: Any form of fraud, system manipulation, use of automated software (bots), or attempts to exploit technical bugs are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Permitted use: This platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Use for money laundering or any criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful communication: Users must treat our support team with respect at all times. Threats, abusive language, or harassment constitute a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
- One device, one account: While access from multiple devices is permitted, only one active account is allowed per individual regardless of the number of devices used.
- Geographic region: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 7star platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposit
- All financial transactions on the 7star platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen. Current limit details can be found in the financial section of your account.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Deposits via third-party accounts without prior authorisation are not permitted.
- 7star reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used for your original deposit, unless specific circumstances require an alternative method.
- Withdrawals may be subject to an identity verification process (KYC) prior to approval, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- If any wagering requirements tied to a bonus have not been met, withdrawals cannot be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and typically take between 15 minutes to 4 hours on business days.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
7star shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or that it will meet your specific expectations. That said, we are committed to maintaining a high level of platform stability and availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7star platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 7star or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without our explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 7star platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
7star reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or hacking
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Instructions from the relevant legal authorities
If your account is suspended due to a suspected terms violation, any account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
7star reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 7star platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 7star platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The relevant courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to these terms.
